At VOIGHT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email for easy printing at home.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
